Seattle Good Business Network is a coalition of residents, local businesses, non-profits, and municipal organizations. We envision a vibrant, inclusive, local economy that supports resilient, prosperous, and joyful communities.

Our purpose is to connect and inspire people to buy, produce, and invest locally, so that everyone can have a meaningful stake in our local economy.

Why Invest Locally?

Seattleites hold roughly $70 billion in long term savings, almost none of which is invested in the locally owned enterprises that make up nearly 50% of our economy. Imagine the positive economic, community, and environmental impact of shifting even a small percentage of that investment into our local economy. Community capital is the growing movement to correct this imbalance, broadening our individual and collective opportunities to invest locally.
